I really think if you try to read the dune books by his son and Brian Anderson are so fun to read they have great stories and intricate story lines. I hope you at least give them a try as a big dune fan I felt I had to read them and I truly enjoyed them and could not put them down I hope you find them the same. Peace and love my friend.
