2019-02-22 08:55:41 +0000 UTCI like what you said about Gon being smart. He usually tries to take advantage of disadvantageous situations and make the most out of the environment. HxH is really discussion-worthy, more so than reaction-worthy IMO. One of the reasons for that is that most of the things won't be repeated twice or spelled out to the viewers. This is also true when it comes to worldbuilding information. There are very little things, things that just seem like background information/subtle worldbuilding, that will come into play in later arcs as major points of the story.

Same with how genuinely freaked out Tonpa was when he saw the tattoo. All little random things that set up this world pretty nicely.
