2019-05-28 19:16:02 +0000 UTCAbout the movies: just like you said, they aren't canon, except for a part of Phantom Rouge, the first one, which adapts a Kurapika spin-off. My two cents? The movies are pretty bad, especially the second one which is 100% (bad) filler and they introduce a stupid power/concept that goes against everything that Nen stands for. They're nothing like the anime, except for the animation part. If you want to experience Kurapika's past then just read the manga spin-off chapters. It'll be a much better experience and you'll save yourself a lot of time. That said, lots of people may feel different and may actually like the movies. By all means watch them if you really want to!
