No, DIO doesn't have the Stands of all the Joestars. SUPPOSEDLY that was Araki's original plan, which he then scrapped (for obvious reasons). Another pretty popular theory is that since he's got Jonathan's body, he's using what would have been Jonathan's Stand had he lived this long. Either way, DIO will never use it again after this episode. So you should just forget about it.
