You’ve prolly caught these while editing but illumi believes the wish, being such a huge wish, will take tens of thousands of lives which means every person killua ever talked to or even had the misfortune of standing nearby too long, hisoka included(so yeah the whole mc gang). Also, alluka must touch a target when fulfilling a healing wish, not when making requests, since her forte is breaking not fixing. Lastly, the joke with illumi was that since alluka kills with certainty two people when someone fails her requests, the person who failed and their most loved one, hisoka was thinking of it being Killua and Gon, who is obviously killuas most cherished person, who would die for sure while illumi was thinking it was he and killua. Basically he’s saying he believes himself to be the person killua loves the most, which is why hisoka points out how messed up his mind is. This came out much longer than I thought it’d be lol.
