It's funny because I watched this episode when it first aired. I was an immature 20 year old, and I was PISSED they cut away from Netero and Meruem. So pissed in fact, that I didn't allow myself to give 123 an honest chance. At the time I didn't like Welfin or Ikalgo because I felt they were taking screen time away from characters who I actually cared about. I was so naive and oblivious to the amazing writing and characterization happening around me because I was so hyper focused on one fight (and I had been waiting a week for it). Only after revisiting this series in the last couple years with reactors (I've now seen this show well over 10 times, almost every episode too), have I realized how shallow my view used to be. I'm so proud of Spherical for giving all of these episodes an honest shake on his first viewing. Obviously it helps that he doesn't have to wait week by agonizing week for a new episode, but he's really picked up on so much that took me years and multiple watch throughs to appreciate, so I can't help but be impressed by him. Especially when other reactors often have a similar reaction to my first viewing when watching episodes like this. GG Spherical, you are the ultimate reactor to this show.
