Hey spherical the rotation system and the especially concept of “chance ball” is really important this season! when the opponent team first touch doesn’t go the near the front centre of the net where the setter will be positioned, the receive is considered “off”. Basically if you force someone else to take the second touch, you’ve succeeded in breaking the chain of “receive-setter-spiker”. They call “chance ball” if there is no chance of a good toss and the other team has to just “send” the ball over using their 3rd touch. Sorry for the lengthy explanation!
