If you do fill out a form, please write your Fanbox username and "Lily of the Valley" in the commission description field so I know to bump up your request ;)

I hope they work on making it a little more user friendly π There's a short list of things I won't draw in the form's TOS but I think I'll edit it into its own section so it's easier to find :-D Thank you for the suggestion!
