(Fun fact) Dianna and I(Levi) met because of her sister. Alicia and I were close friends in college. About 6 years later I had the dream job of a lifetime when her sister, Dianna, was looking for a full time videographer/editor.
Also, you might have seen we posted a Youtube video on Dianna's channel describing the situation and telling people they can support her here on Patreon. So hello our newcomers! We seriously can't comprehend the amount of support. We thank you so so much.

ME/CFS is associated with both low vitamin D and low Omega 3. Consider testing and/or supplements. Both of these supplements are generally save and play important roles in modulating the immune system. …adequate Omega 3s are important at producing “resolvins” that can help end chronic inflammation. Also, consider supplements that support mitochondrial health as Long COVID has been associated with damage to mitochondria. So mitochondrial focused supplements such as NMN/NR, AKG, NAC could help as well (all generally recognized as safe with potential upside and little downside except for the relatively trial cost). Polyphenols (resveratrol, Curcumin, and others) might also help but there are potentials for drug interactions that would need to be considered.

2023-03-09 18:41:11 +0000 UTCReading these articles is bringing back memories. I had Lyme disease back in the mid-80s when it was also something weird and new that not many people understood. I was sick for probably 1.5 to 2 years before things really started improving. All my joints have been a little messed up ever since then(knees and ankles, mostly), but I've remained physically active taking part in activities such as karate, judo, track, yoga, fencing, and archery among others. Now I'm a software developer who within the past six months has gone back to school planning for a career change into physical therapy(chemistry is kicking my ass...). It's a long road, and a lot of people helped me walk it, but it can be done. Recovery from illness is work in its self, so take the time you need and I'm sure you'll come back stronger than ever just like I did.

It caused me to go from 270lbs to 180lbs end up hospitalized and on short term disability for 6 months. I had to do PT for a few months as well to get my strength back. Hospital claims for me were over $250,000 but thankfully I had good insurance. I found out it had caused my immune system to go on overdrive. Even for other food proteins it started to react too. This was a kind of allergy but not anaphylaxis. I ended up getting intolerant to eggs and milk proteins. After stopping eating these foods my health improved alot. I saw in the video eggs in it and wanted to mention this. Question all food choices as well if you have ME/CFS too. Since that diagnosis can be a challenging one to treat. I even started to have nervous system problems and numb patches of skin, and anxiety caused by same nerve problems. I am still dealing with aftereffects from this. From vision to anxiety to sensitivities to foods still. I don't fully understand her symptoms, but it could be the immune system reacting still to food and other things it should not be. Auto Immune tests found nothing for me as well. I had hypersensitivity to light and sounds. I can't tell if its same problems or different. I wish her all the best.

2023-03-07 01:16:27 +0000 UTCI actually discovered Diana’s YouTube channel in 2021. I had Covid in January 2020 when they told me it wasn’t even airborne and not possible. I then got Covid a second time in July 2021. Only this time it’s been long Covid. I ended up going through 16 weeks of physical therapy as I had no grip strength and couldn’t feel anything from my knees down. The physical therapy help, but I still have lack of feeling in my left hand. I still get brain fog, not as often as I used to, but I still get it. I actually left work earlier today because I completely ran out of energy halfway through my day. Wishing Diana all the best, it’s a long road to recovery, but I have faith she’ll get there.

But for Dianna, I made an account and have become a supporter here. Even a friend who has occasional medical bills has found herself struggling financially. So, I just want to do what I can to allow Dianna's husband to be with her and see that she gets the medical treatment she needs to recover. Dianna, should you read this or have it read to you, even though I'm not in the science field at all, I still find you an inspiration. And the thing I hope for you above all else in this moment is a return to health.

The more people that join me the better. Check your time zone, so you can figure out what time to do this at the times I'm doing it would be great. I've seen group meditations do amazing things. So, while meditating, imagine Dianna being filled with a golden light that is healing every cell in her body, giving her strength and taking away pain. Thanks to all who participate. ❤️
