Anyways, I started this in Japan actually! And I think I had the Linework done there as well. It was the first time in like 2 or 3 weeks and it was such a struggle! So, maybe you can see it in the sketch; I noticed that my sketches are much cleaner on the tablet than on desktop! I had a bit of a struggle with the pose, as I originally wanted to do a more extreme angle/wanted to include his hand/arm more! But I am glad I didn't, because someone I really like posted a similar artwork some time ago. I don't like to make it seem as if I copied that? Haha!
Hint hint, every time you see me using blue and purple colors, you know that I struggle haha! Idk, I guess they're my favorite colors and I like to use them in this situation to give me some sort of comfort? I really like how Dabi looks here! But I kinda don't know why his clothing - esp. his coat - looks so flat?
I actually used a free picture for the background. I like to use it for quick but efficient results. I could've drawn it myself, but why not a bit photo editing? It's just a real close up of a street. I'll probably do a post about that in the future too! Thank you so much for your patience and for sticking around.
