when using simripper the mesh might gets distorted and the texture ending up not looking right. so in order for the meshes to work properly while rendering, download the blender file below and append it in blender. follow this tutorial if you need help (credits to pinkpusay ♥)

if the mesh don't fit the fingers properly while rendering, you can adjust it by going on edit mode (press the TAB key), enabling 'Toggle X-Ray' (see picture below), selecting the mesh you want to fix by pressing the B key and dragging it to fully select it. then press the G key to move it around.
