Added 2019-03-21 16:31:47 +0000 UTCWIP for the Commission for Coachy, who gave me artistic freedom for this >u< I was allowed to add my own OC to the picture and decided for Flare and his Pikachu Character x//3
Since the tail is for both pokemon important for electricity, I thought about somewhat of a fusion of electric power which ends in a powefull attack or the like xD I just hope I will get the lightning effects good looking QuQ
