Ally's Ideal Treat Day GONE WRONG

I low key wish I could show you something more fun but I got the 3 pillars right at least: Massages, coffee, no cooking. I regret that I couldn't show you any tasty German cakes but I might make a separate video for it some time. I had to make some decisions due to lack of time and I have my priorities straight.

Back problems... relateable. Biggest thing for me was getting a decent bed that worked for my light ass body and the way I most often sleep. Other then that I use inversion therapy (francy way of saying getting flipped upside down to let everything stretch out) and cryo-therapy. (Stepping into a tube, naked, to flash freeze yourself)
