Weekly Update 06.17.2019…

...Spent the weekend thinking things over and writing things out and I have decided to add some extra pages to chapter 2. This will round out chapter 2 to an even 30 pages (including a short, single panel bonus comic). It was a scene I was going to share later in the story, but it seemed like a bit much to make everyone wait (this story is a slow enough burn as it is).

There is a minor fix I want to make on page 19 (which went up on DevArt this past Friday). I want to add an extra panel to help make clear that there’s been a jump in time. A few people mentioned that the transition from page 19 to 20 was a bit clunky, and after looking it over, I have to say "I agree". I think this will fix it.

So…I have a plan…

…Once all the pages of chapter 2 are posted on DevArt and HF, I’m going to take a break from posting for a few weeks. Meanwhile, here on Patreon, we’re going to be working on chapter 3! I wanna get a nice buffer built up so that when I start posting chapter 3 on DevArt and HF, I’ll be able to post two pages a week instead of one. So you guys will be about ten pages ahead of everyone else. Not sure what days I’ll be posting on DevArt and HF (I’m thinking Friday/Saturday). I’ll probably do a DevArt pole to figure that out when the time comes.

If this goes well, then by the time we get to chapter four, I’ll be posting three pages a week. :)

This plan is definitely in flux. We’ll see how it goes, but I think it’s a good plan.

In the meantime, I’ve got a loooong car ride ahead of me. I get home this afternoon. I’ll get page 19 fixed up tomorrow then get started on page 25! Lots to do!

So excited! We’re almost done with Chapter 2!!!
