A better approach would be for Meg to stretch then "accidentally" cuff Ellie on the back of the head as she brought her hand back. Even better would be for Meg to lean over to look at the characters on the table and then with her arm hidden reach around grab and pull upwards on the harness. Now that would make Ellie pay attention!

We can then see what Meg is doing and Ellie's reaction. Or you don't show what Meg did, only Ellie's reaction. Saving the explination for later, maybe a for a more intense moment. As is, Ellie's face almost tells a whole story. First unaware, then confusion, blank panel, aftermath. Maybe you could fill the blank with a Ellie's face displaying unexpected pleasure. Demonstrating how good Meg is.

I'd actually be a little scared for her character's social status.. sans she ASKED for this when she accepted that bondage book. It's just a matter of time before the others find out how deep she's fallen into the rabbit hole.
