Quick question about routes and direction of the game

Luna follows the more traditional path; you just go see her, and you can attend her event. Sometimes, you need an item or a certain amount of money to proceed.
Oliver's route involves repetitive events to gain affection, and then you can access his main story event.
Linda has the most repetitive scenes. You can do them while walking around the house, solely focusing on building affection.
The question is, which way did you guys like more, and which character did you guys enjoy the most? This will give me an idea of which route worked better.
