no that is incorrect Francisco, Shiganshina was repopulated at the end of season 3 before they reached the ocean, then in episode 11 of season 4 Flegel and some other townspeople were asking Hange why she was evacuating shiganshina, she kept quiet about it. It was also mentioned in episode 6 when Yelena was talking to Pyxis at the table

Lol, well that's too exaggerated of a comparison. It's more like since this is literally the episode the last opening spoils, I'm just saying it's 100% okay to watch it from here on out. Doesn't mean I'm a screaming baby who doesn't get what they want or whatever. And I'm not gonna beg every episode either. If others are, then that's a problem, but I literally wrote this because there wasn't gonna be any more spoilers from here on out. If anything, this might actually be the only time I mentioned it other than the first episode.

Wait when exactly did Shiganshina evacuation happen? Was it just quickly mentioned or was it a bigger thing? I must have somehow missed it. And was Marley's potential attack a reason for it or the soldiers who drank the wine and could turn into titans at any time?

Back when this episode came out many people said that it really elevated the manga and I agree with them. The music choice of barricades was nice nostalgia for season 2 along with some nostalgic titan slaying hahah. But overall this episode was just really good and made everything that was good in the manga chapter even better. Among my fav episodes for sure, like you said, it had pretty much everything. And it is nice that the story takes the time to see everyone's reactions to the start of Rumbling. And the conversation between Kaya, Gabi and Niccolo is just cherry on top of the cake. 10/10

The name of the guy with Kaya and Gabi is Nicolo. This was a great episode. This episode had all the themes from previous seasons in my opinion. Definitely one of the best episodes of the season and I'm glad you agree. Great reaction as always. Can't wait for the next one.

I love this episode so very much it feels like season 1 so much with the music choices and them just fighting normal titans, also shows how far they have come since season 1 like you said you know this show and expected someone to die but they have grown so much since then

I'm jut saying this cuz after this episode, there isn't anything the opening spoils. So I'm just tryna let him know in case. Cuz other reactors were hyped up whenever they played the opening lol, and Omario would talk about the opening a lot for past seasons if he watched it in the beginning (like talked about how bad last opening was lol). But this one is probably the best opening, and by how he was talking about how much he liked the Vinland Saga opening because it's metal, he'd really love this one

The fact that the last episode has no opening is a useful bit of information anyways, wouldn't you say? And I did say that I understand his choice either way. I'm not forcing anything on him or kicking up a stink or anything, just saying my two cents.

Also, regarding recaps at the start of episodes: they were pretty rampant in Season 1, especially the second half of that. Sometimes you'd even get like a 5-minute recap to start the episode. Seasons 2 and 3 cut back on them by quite a bit, but season 4 still has them occasionally.

I second what others are saying: the OP is 100% safe to watch now. The last thing it spoiled was the return of Annie, nothing beyond that point, But if you still wanna watch it at the end, that's your call, completely understand. Just FYI though, the last episode has no OP, so you should probably do it in the second-to-last episode.

Well if you really wanna know, it's 100% safe to watch the opening now. But if you still wanna wait till the end, just watch it in the second to last episode since there isn't an opening or an ending in the last episode. The ending never had spoilers so you could watch that any time as well. And I will say the opening is a banger, personally my favorite AOT opening. But your call if you still want to wait till the end
