The thing about nudity (in my opinion)is that everyone has robotic parts, so people are not ashamed of their bodies and because of such violent world they also lost their morals, so nobody actually cares to be naked. Also for netrunning (what Lucy was doing in bath) you have to be naked and in ice cold bath, otherwise your brain could over hit. It's explained in game but not in show, so not really a spoiler. Also the guy at the end was just a cyberpsycho that just lost control over his brain because of all the implants he had, sadly it is also not very good explained in show and I also know from the game.
