lol that isn't really why though. He has terrible back problems and constantly talks about it, but people cling onto that dragonquest fact like it's the last drop of water in the desert. Even now that the manga returned, he's taking a small break and has been seen getting treatment for his illness. No shade, there's just way more to it than "I grind video games insead of working."
