After working alone on it for a good 6-8 hours, I got some feedback from a professional artist called Julia Metzger.
Here you can see her paint over for the explaining:
In this phase you can see I was missing all the midtones. Since I didn't really want a Claroscuro painting, she was right on pointing out all the light that was missing. In this step I didn't even touch up her face and after I did, I miss the cool shadow goin on in her left side of her face.
but I must admit the near light source and the second light surce make it almost impossible to have many shadows on her face.
I wanted a green light lantern reacting to the Drow's magic so.... HOWS THAT?!
