Its always fun to try new things! Combining live-action backgrounds and Pika is a great idea. I cant think of any examples at the moment, but I'm sure everyone else is providing you with ideas :D

OHAO Pika! After a long week of work, I'd love to sit at my desk and watch Outdoor /survival camping (Winter camping especially) while eating my meals, it seems to make everything taste better. My suggestion would be to have something like a snowy background or a cozy campfire at night background while you do the chit-chat stream, maybe it'd feels like bunch of friends went camping and sharing stories around the campfire.

I think one of the biggest advantages you have is knowing both Japanese and English, and also since you lived both in Japan and US you know their cultural difference. So how about cultural exchange videos? You can show kaigai nikis things about Japan and nihon bros about US. Could be anything from experiences, stories, fun facts, things you heard about... and filming places you visit like you said (which i love the idea). Also I think you're really good at storytelling, like... even when it's something trivial you make your stories interesting to listen. And you have plenty interesting stories you told us before on stream. Be it drawing or just you using your LIVE 2D to act in a scenario, I think it would be really fun. And last, since you're a GAME monster... maybe a gaming show of sorts? Be it talking or playing games... doing challenges or playing various games chat choose. Or even hosting a challenge to other vtubers. Well... I trust your creativity to come up with fun things.

YES! I was thinking the same thing! I would LOVE a Pika storybook in my room. With short stories or funny skits would be awesome.

Live action backgrounds and Pika would be very cute and fun! You can make stories, like a tv show with a plot, or just funny skits through short videos! Maybe other vtubers can be guest appearances sometimes too! You can also describe places you've been with your model using real backgrounds. As for other ideas, you can do a little gameshow every month or so with games, or icebreaker questions that let us know more about you and your guests. Personally, I think your singing is super cute and would like to hear you try an original song for fun! Maybe try writing some lyrics? Some people write poems about things they like or stories about their life and turn them into songs too.

The idea of live-action backgrounds combined with your 3d model is such a cool idea! I'd love to see it happen! As for other ideas, what about doing an offline collab with other Vtubers? You could invite a couple of them, and have a cooking or drink tasting stream! Or what about trying out ASMR? I don't really understand it much myself, but it seems like something you could have fun with. Althought I think the thing I'd like to see the most is more drawings and storytimes with Pika! Maybe you could do something where you let chat help pick the direction of a made-up story and you illustrate it!

having pika do a japanese style comed show would be awesome and hilarious. pikas comedy is top notch, and I think it would be nice having her explain japanese jokes and culture to us. maybe it can be done together with the other voms, imagine a pika/tmsk comedy duo!

ピカミィちゃんの書いたイラストも歌声もかわいくて大好きなので、もっと欲しいです！！！ 海外と日本のお菓子食べて比較する動画とかって、めちゃくちゃありきたりだけど私はついつい見ちゃいます。短めの動画で日本語でも英語でもみられるようにしたら、もしかしたらVtuberは知らないけど語学勉強中な方の目にもとまるかもしれないなって思いました。

英語と日本語を自由に行き来できるピカミィならではの配信は強みだし、日本のエンタメを理解してるからこそ（漫才とかコントとかw）それを紹介したり解説実況しながらの同時視聴的なものとか そこから派生して日本流の地獄配信を英語圏のVの方々や、リスナーを巻き込んでコラボしちゃうとかかな？ ピカミィならではの可能性は無限に感じるよ

オリジナルソングの作成とか？ 作詞作曲出来る人に頼むか、作詞だけはして、曲は委託か うーん、色々難しいかも 後はピカの絵は可愛いから絵本とか似合いそう 他には期待してる人は多いASMR ラジオとかも考えたけどピカの人気具合を考えると凄い数のお便りがきて大変そう 自分は結構、寝る時に洒落怖朗読動画と流して寝るのが好きだからピカが好きなクリーピーパスタを日本語翻訳して朗読して貰えたら嬉しい VR交流会も凄い人数が集まってピカ1人だとパンクしちゃうかもしれないしなぁ 後は何かピカ主催のゲーム大会とか？ 人を集めてTRPGなんかにも手を出してみると案外ハマるかも？ なかなか、これって言う意外なアイディアが思い付かなくてごめんなさい　

I do like your idea of combining real camera footage with Live2D. I've seen it before and it's always pretty cool to see when done right! Just be careful of course, I'm sure you know the risks of filming near your home. As for other ideas, I really like the way you tell stories with your own hand drawn illustrations. Maybe you could do a series where you tell your past experiences, but with art alongside it? I know it's a bit different from just retelling what happened during a stream but it might be worth thinking about.

Pika story book with Pika illustrations? Probably really time consuming to do though and a lot of effort if you're doing it in video form, but if you keep your materials you can print them into physical books one day.
