Added 2022-01-08 10:00:03 +0000 UTCWhilst stripping down the engine bay I also started pulling apart the cab interior in prep for removing the loom. With the flooring a seats out I began sorting & labelling all of the wiring into what needed to stay and what to tear out.
Stripping the van basically back to a body shell has given me some rare chances to do repairs and improvements that will help the van and make life easier, so I made some tweaks before starting to run the new wiring loom in.

Absolutely loved this video, especially the kettle and salsa bits. I wish I was as brave as you! I have a classic Hymer (1994 model) and I've been getting my hands dirty on repairs as much as I can, but not nearly as much as you!
