12. Summer Heat
Added 2022-08-12 10:06:00 +0000 UTCAs summer fully rolls in and cranks the heat dial into the 40's we begin to learn what it takes to live out here and adapt our days, work ethic, even dinner times to better deal with the heat.
Biggest lesson learnt is water is very much your friend, so begin improving the olive vat so we can spend more time in there.
Next week see's the heat raise so high that we have to leave, so look forward to a mini road trip video that despite not going to plan at all, was real good fun.
I hope you're all well guys, we've been busy here as usual, but I'm thinking next week/end perhaps sorting out a Live stream n have a catch up and if the internet will stretch maybe a live tour around the place, something along those lines, so if your up for it let me know and I'll get onto that.
For know enjoy your weekends, I know the UK is receiving some of our heatwave leftovers, so you guys enjoy that π

2022-08-21 22:11:06 +0000 UTCPossible cheep fix to keep vans out the sun CJ, rig up some cheep posts on your decking and tarp it and attach to the trees on cheep pulleys should work/help on days when that sun is scooooooorchio. Keeping vans shaded. Remember it so well when my dad was living over there, it's draining. Keep cool both of you, rehydrate with cold cider to keep electrolytes up lol
