Supporter Newsletter - March

Hello to all of our beautiful Supporters! How is your month going? I hope you're all having an amazing month and year so far. Seems like Spring is almost here and many people still have snow. Living in Florida definitely makes things weird when other people in the states are getting snow and it's 80F here. It's a new year and the whether is definitely getting off to a fun start. Hopefully you're able to stay cool and/or warm during this time!

This year is already seeming to fly by as usual but that doesn't mean we don't have a lot in store. Requiem is going to be changing drastically throughout this year. We have already made a complete overhaul of the Requiem Discord and will continue to update as necessary. From here we will be looking to add even more for your enjoyment. Some things we're talking about is content and the expansion beyond just Sea of Thieves into other games or even just general gaming news to keep up to date with in one reliable place.

Speaking of expansions into other games, on March 3rd we launched our new and improved FiveM RP server, Neon Nights. This community is still tied into the Requiem network and we'll uphold the same spirit of gaming and having an enjoyable environment for everyone from all backgrounds. If you've never played FiveM and want to try it out, this is definitely the time to do so! FiveM is a GTA V PC launcher which allows developers to create fun things in the game which you wouldn't see in the base multiplayer game. Get in there and check it out! Discord.gg/FiveMRP

Jumping into expenses for the previous month please be aware that I am only speaking on all money spent within Requiem. This does not include any out of pocket costs and/or anything we did not spend for the month.

Over the coming months we will really be putting some more focus into content and our social media pages. Please help support by interacting and engaging with our posts. Exitium here - Dev lead with Requiem.  

You all might not see much of me, as I'm often hidden behind a computer screen programming new exciting features to ensure the safety, and enjoyability of your community.  

We've been listening closely to your suggestions, and whilst a bedtime story isn't quite my expertise, I can program systems to make your imaginations come to life.  

One such feature is a complete overhaul of one of our bots, you may have noticed the Alliance Reconnect channel is now missing, that's because we've re-worked the way players can connect back to their ships when they leave, with an Xbox-first mindset.  

This means that you Xbox users, will now be able to transfer your audio directly into the ship channel, and those who leave a ship, can simply re-join the channel!  

In the near future, we hope to have some other news to share about exciting features, however, I'll leave you this for now - you may be hearing both mine, and Elevated's voices more often during server setups......
