This review and reaction is...poetry.

All I'm seeing is a "video unavailable because it's private" error message. :'(

Hey Shaun and Tom!

Became a patron today for this movie. Would love to see more classic Hong Kong cinema in the future.

if you enjoyed this and like martial arts films, I recommend fighter in the wind (2004)

Really enjoyed this reaction! It is such a beautiful piece of cinema. Can’t wait till the next video!

Glad you enjoyed this one! When it was released it was the movie that introduced mainstream Western audiences to the wuxia style of Chinese martial arts movies and to the high-wire balletic fight scenes of legendary choreographer Yuen Wo Ping (who had also gained global recognition for his work on the fight choreography in The Matrix). Crouching Tiger led to a spate of similar Hollywood and China co-productions such as Hero and House of Flying Daggers that tried to repeat the impact of this movie. None managed to beat it, and it remains a landmark film.

Another great reaction! This film is truly a timeless classic in my book and I rewatch it sometimes just for the cinematography and fight choreography.

Another great video guysπŸ˜€. Such a beautiful movie. Coreography is insane. I"m gonna go with Tom on this one 9 out of 10.

Well, I thought I was the only person on the planet who hadn't seen this film, so I'm thrilled to have shared this "first time" experience with you guys! It really feels like I'm sitting and watching a movie with friends. You guys are so real and honest, without trying to perform or put on an act for the viewers. I hope you continue getting more subscribers and patrons. (By the way, Ang Lee directed "Brokeback Mountain" which was a beautiful but sad love story between characters played by Jake Gyllenhall and Heath Ledger. Definitely worth seeing, but I don't think it would make an interesting reaction video.) Also, I enjoyed Shaun's attempt at a Scottish accent, and Tom pronouncing "Patreon" like a Frenchman. Keep up the great work!!

Jeff

again : great reaction, guys ;)
