Hi everyone! I'm new here, and I'm having some difficulties acclimating to Patreon in general. I've been told it's better to use this site from a browser as opposed to the app, but I'm still finding the interface to be less than user friendly unfortunately. Maybe its just me, but I have a hard time locating specific things I'm looking for, and just find myself frustrated on this site in general. Is there a pinned post with some useful tips for beginners anywhere? Also, I initially joined Patreon for the full-length reaction to Oldboy (2003), but didn't realize we needed to follow along with our own copy of the film (which makes sense in retrospect, given copyright issues). Is it possible to maybe mention in the movie posts where we can find the film to watch online? I'm sure links are not ok, but would just stating for example, something like, "the original film can be found currently on Netflix, Prime, or Hulu to follow along with this upload" or something to that effect? Thanks everyone!

It could also be a difference in the media format. There are examples of different formats in blu-Ray, dvd, and digital. I’ve seen both a dvd and Blu-ray start at the exact same time but the dvd end up like 5 seconds behind or so rather then the Blu-ray.

I'm a brand new supporter but been watching for a while. Mainly joined for the full length reactions. Its great to experience these favourites of mine with people who have never seen them before. You guys need to do the Halloween sequels too!

Hi Kenny, this is very odd and we will look into this immediately to find out what the issue is here, as a guess it might be because we are recording our reaction on our phone, which records at a variable frame rate rather then a constant frame rate, causing a desynchronise, if we can prove this is true then we’ll make the necessary steps to record off of something else in the future

One thing I gotta bring up is both the full length reactions I have watched thus-far are somewhat sped up. Halloween and Evil Dead 2 are the two I have watched. Constantly having to pause your reaction video to have it sync up again with the Blu Ray is tedious and does not happen with other subscriptions. Is this just on my end?

Hey guys -- I think you've been doing great with your film reactions. However, if you do branch out to other genres, unlike other reactors online, I hope you realize films have been made since the 1890s & that classics of every genre have existed since the 1920's . Please don't limit your reactions only to films that were made after the 1970's.

Only thing I could think of it’s maybe do some commentary tracks for films you both have seen. Or once you get through the classic horror films that you’ve been watching branch out to newer ones like Happy Death Day or branch out into other classic films like The Breakfast Club or something. Honestly pretty happy with what I’ve been getting.

I signed up because I wanted to see the full length movie reactions after stumbling upon your Youtube channel. It's like watching movies along with people which is very fun when you've already seen them, which is the case for me being a huge horror fan. So, I can't say I'm unhappy with what we're getting. Since you guys are going to be doing Patron-only polls & movies, I think you're on the right track and doing great.

Hey Matthew, we appreciate the recommendation 😊 we are currently looking at releasing 2 videos a week, trying to figure it out because it’s awkward when we both have full time jobs alongside this 😊 but we also have some plans to rearrange content for a few tiers that will benefit you guys too so stay tuned 😊
