Guys, I loved this reaction. It's a cult classic for sure, but there's one Stephen King adaptation that is a HUGE gap in your library: the Brian De Palma classic, Carrie (1976). It's King's first novel and the first adaptation of his work, but for many it remains the best, and it rightly received multiple Oscar nominations (rare enough for a horror). For a horror film, the pure emotion and sadness it evokes is just SUBLIME. The soundtrack is also INCREDIBLE. The acting is top notch and it made superstars out of Sissy Spacek and John Travolta overnight, and transformed Stephen King into the global bestseller he still is today. PLEASE watch this soon; it really is a huge gap in your viewing history! As true film fans, I guarantee you'll appreciate the story, acting *and* cinematography.
