Mid-week update - Dec 22nd 2022

I wanted to drop in and just give you all an update on this rainy Wednesday.
Firstly, thank you all for your love and support this past week. It’s been a super tough week and seeing all your messages really helped.
Unfortunately, the news for Skye was what we were dreading. Our poor little girl has a very aggressive tumour and the vets are saying she will have about 6 months left with us. As of now she is acting completely normal but how long that will continue is unknown at this point. My only hope at this point is that she makes it at least to April so Reiss is home when we have to say our goodbyes.
I have taken a few days off work so I can spend some time with Reiss’ family and Skye. Christmas has always been a rough time for me given my family situation and this has added so much sadness to an already hard time of year.
I can’t thank you all enough for your love and understanding. For a few days there I couldn’t even say what was happening out loud without bursting into tears but we’re starting to come to terms with Skye’s inevitable future… as much as that hurts to say.
I am planning on editing Episode 5 on the way up to the midlands today and hopefully upload tonight/tomorrow for you all. Again, thanks for bearing with me on this ♥️
