I know manufacturing talk isn't the most exciting, but keeping quality consistent while staying stocked for cons and the online store has been way harder than I imagined! We've had to make some tough calls in the past (including tossing entire batches of shirts that didn't meet our standards), but we're making big changes in the way we’re manufacturing our merch:

🔥 New shirt upgrade: Switching from DTG to screen printing for softer feels and longer-lasting designs

✨ Better materials: Improving sticker and pin quality too

💰 Same prices: With smarter planning, our costs are about the same

We're still learning the ropes of running a store, your support and reviews have been a huge help, They've literally shaped these improvements. Thanks for sticking with us through the growing pains! Unfortunately this has all come at the cost of delaying the plushie a little more, but soon I’ll have my plate clear and I’ll be able to dedicate all my time to Cute plushies!
