The cement texture behind the figure is course molding paste. It makes a very juicy texture that mimics cement. It's got these tiny little beads in it that give it that. But they're also reflective so photographing this pice was tricky. And I couldn't scan it because of the uneven thick texture.
It will show up better in the videos I post.
