Hey everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to be open and apologize for not posting as much lately. Life has felt like a balancing act behind the scenes, and I know I haven’t been keeping up with the content as consistently as I’d like. I’m working on managing my priorities better to get back on track.
I also want to be honest about something I’ve been struggling with personally. Over the past month, I’ve gained some weight, which has made me feel self-conscious about sharing more revealing photos. It’s a bit of an internal battle—part of me worries that if I embrace this weight gain, it might make it even harder to stick with the healthier lifestyle I know I need, especially with so much travel.
Thank you so much for sticking with me through all of this. Your support means the world, and knowing you’re here encourages me to keep going. I’d love to hear your thoughts on what types of non-sexy exclusive content you’d enjoy seeing. Whether it’s a behind-the-scenes look at my day-to-day, travel stories, or something else, I want to keep making content you love.

2024-11-16 21:17:09 +0000 UTCAs fans we are going to obviously support you through your ups and downs of weight loss. We have all been there, the plateau, to yo-yo effects, lack of motivation…. We all get that. Want accountability, post your diet, what your meal plans are… but ultimately making healthier choices while traveling and staying the course is going to help. As for being comfortable in your own body, all you have to do is look at posts at the Church Choir… look at all the men that post pictures on there that are so secure in their bodies and none including myself are swim suit models; every one of them are beautiful and sexy people… yourself included. As for exclusive content … I would start by posting here that isn’t already found on your snap story or instagram stories where you’re far more active… perhaps you have more monetary gain on those platforms. I think that is why so many Patreon accounts fail, is lack of engagement. I’m sure it is exhausting keeping up with so much, but so many have paid real money to join here looking for that engagement. I can put you in touch with a couple dietician friends of mine that would be very helpful in your weight loss goals if you’d like.

If it became a serious health issue for you, I would say definitely find ways to lose weight. Don't be so hard on yourself man. Cut yourself some slack. I know my Dad lost almost 26 pounds off his stomach by cutting meal portions and walking twice a day. You'll get back to where you want to be, good-lookin'. ;)
