Medium doggy Tier adjustment!

Rewards resolution changed to 4K (from 2K) Exclusive sketches changed to a part of an exclusive sketches. I've been thinking about this for a long time. To make my work more efficient, I removed 2k quality, keeping HD and 4K qualities. So starting from next month, the Medium doggy tier is upgraded to 4K quality. But for balance, I cut a little bonus from exclusive sketches. Feel free to leave a advice!
