Due to an uptick in fraudulent sales and Copyright violations...I am making a few changes to help protect Small business Sellers :)
I will be working in the upcoming weeks to verify Authorized Sellers and provide updated rules based on our ever-changing online environment. Thank you for your patience and help during this time. As we move forward with a few small improvements, I anticipate this will help current Flexi Factory Authorized Sellers to better establish their businesses.
The badge will now be provided once the form has been completed as an instant download. Please use a computer to fill out the form. For those with established businesses that have been members, please follow the link above to review the terms and conditions and add your name to the Seller Authorization list.
The list will be distributed to customers who want to "VERIFY" legal permission to sell prints and be used for reporting unauthorized businesses to online shopping forums as well as Circuit/Show/Festival Coordinators around the globe. * Please note only your business name is available to the public. No personal emails, telephone numbers, addresses will EVER be shared. Since we have a good mix of hobbyists and sellers here, I also created a coin version that follows the same printing rules as the Badge. (so theoretically you can print them at the same time)
As you can see I designed the badge with "filament change" in mind. If you have never done a filament change before, it's easy, there are lots of tutorials online.
Printing Tips for Coin and Badge:
To help get you started, I've included some screen shots as examples which I don't suggest blindly following. It only works at 100% and a .16 layer height. and honestly I think it would be better a little bigger.
You can choose different colors, but I suggest... Red (to start), Blue (First filament change), White (Second change)
Since it prints flat I suggest increasing the top layers and having a decent amount of infill (over 15%)
My first color is more orange because I didn't realize I was out of Red. π€¦ββοΈ
I'm now thinking that Gold might also look good as the first color.
Oh yeah, There is also a stand. π
