Finally got my Bambu print done!

Took me about 2 weeks from initial ticket after it only printed correctly for 2 weeks. I know it's a great starter for someone like me but it does suck that it's happening so soon. My problem is prints fail after more then 2 hours with clog/jams. They gave me a giftcard to order a new extruder instead of sending it out themselves hoping that it would speed up the process.

Alot of people do not understand Chinese New Year and the delays that come with it, you'll read more complaints than praises on forums and fb groups no matter what the product it. There will be growing pains with any new company/product and the large influx of printer orders will also put a damper on parts inventory. Just about all the main parts were/are available when I ordered mine, and even the proprietary parts are not ridiculously priced. These were selling points on me making the decision to get one. As for the mc fan, there are alternatives using aftermarket fans out there, but for plug and play replacement youll have to order from Bambu.

make sure you are only connecting to 2.5ghz and not 5ghz

I would just make a support ticket through the handy app. They sent me one right away after I mentioned a problem.

good luck... you have to send many videos and many pictures and answer a million questions and usually theres 2-3 days between responses lol

I've heard a lot of people now talking about the lack of post sale support and available parts from Bamboo, which seems crazy to me seeing as to how the machines cost. What fan are you having issues with? Is it a propietary part?

No tips on how to get parts fast here. Been back and forth about my second X1C combo that doesn’t print as well as the first. Warped bed and constant cutter stuck/nozzle temp warnings. I expect a couple of weeks more of back and forth before they send parts. At least I have the first one which prints flawlessly.

I do not. Painted the dots and glasses just for fun. The white didn't present well on the video. But I think Marzgizmo has two AMS's. #lifegoals , haha
