My mental health has taken its yearly Winter Nosedive and I've struggled to get the energy to even get out of bed these past few days. I'm doing my best to work on it as I don't want to disappoint you or lose you, and I honestly do enjoy what I do - it's just getting to the recording portion at the moment that's been the struggle. I'm endeavoring to be back at it Friday where I'll knock out three episodes of Buffy and two of Queen Charlotte. Again, I am truly sorry. It happens around this point every year, my mental health just crashes into the Centre of the Earth for no reason. I will make it up to you all!
I'm almost at 3k on YT and when I am, I'll be doing a good ole Q & A style livestream over there. You guys will get priority on questions asked - Mad Hatters first, of course, then everyone else. I'll let you know when I plan this! Love you all - truly. And please never hesitate to reach out to me if you yourselves need to talk.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been well and I hope you feel better and better over the next few days. I completely trust your judgement on what and how much you want to do, of course, but, if I may give you one small suggestion, maybe don't restart full steam ahead. Honestly, 3 to 4 videos/week in total it's already a good result, so you could easily halve the number of planned episodes while still achieving an impressive goal (like skip any release this week and just go with a couple of Buffy episodes and one Queen Charlotte next week). Take it easy.

2023-06-21 19:43:47 +0000 UTC*Hug* As someone that has struggled with depression myself, I know how you feel. I've heard that using an extreme heat dry sauna can improve mental health. Sadly, I haven't been able to try it because I can't find one in my area. Just a thought if you have access to one. Always know there are people out there that care about you. You're a valuable person.
