One thing I want to do is return to all the old designs and "modernize" them a bit with a character sheet. I need to streamline the individual shapes and types of armor on the chests/arms of each BONEMEN type to keep them unique.

I like the 2nd and 3rd pics-the more 'feral' spiky look is good.
