I recently began reading Psychic Witch by Mat Auryn, and I cannot recommend it enough for anyone who wants to enhance their ability to sense energy! I have admittedly been really bad at that for a long time. Then a few nights ago in my dream, I was standing in my ritual room and did the IAO exercise from the book (which is to raise the vibration in a room). And I started vibrating SO HARD, like I literally felt I was going to fly into orbit lol. I remember walking around my house trying to find a way to ground myself because it was so intense. It was so unbelievably vivid, I feel like I might have been astral projecting.
