Back from Vegas (and then Portland as well)!

Don't let anyone tell you any filthy lies about Vegas having cheap buffets because that shit is just not true. Vegas is an expensive place to exist, a place where water costs $5 and you can break the bank on a single cocktail. Lost some money gambling, didn't see any shows, but had some awesome food and some wonderful sightseeing!

Portland was delightful as well, visited family over there. Seems like an amazing place to live except for the considerable crowding. Had shawarma for the first time and it is FUCKING AWESOME.

But enough of that quick update, you guys care about the patron stuff yeah? While I didn't manage to get a CYOA chapter out while I was gone, I'm working on another longer one right now that should be up in a couple hours (sticking with my Fridays schedule), and I'm hoping you guys really like that and aren't too mad at me for ditching out. I'm not expecting any more vacations for quite some time so I think you're all safe on that particular front.

In addition, not one but two (!) patrons have signed up for Master of the Dark Song status (these people are officially wonderful and awesome, thanks guys!). What does this mean for everyone that is not those two people? It means that there will be two bi-weekly Master's Journey CYOAs coming out that everyone with Seven Shadows status and above  will be able to read (so there's some temptation to nab that if you were holding back before because there were no active MJs). In a similar vein, there should now be two monthly erotica reviews coming out (so all of you Disciples out there, if you're interested in some hopefully funny and informative non-fiction content, consider becoming Adepts!).

All of this starts in March and I should have hopefully caught up with my active commission and the Midna/Link short by then. In the meantime, enjoy the CYOA -- and Misfits fans out there, feel free to revel in the fact that our monthly pledge is now ONE THIRTY EIGHT, a number I never thought this page would see!
