Happy Halloween!

I know I haven't done all the patroween stuff I would normally get up to, and I'm pretty sad about that, but I've been (pretty understandably, I think) preoccupied this last month with less pleasant thoughts and obligations after getting kicked out of my apartment. The good news is that I do have a new place lined up, and will start moving tomorrow, so unless actual disaster strikes, the next story posted should be from the new house!
...Maybe just in time for more bad news....
But we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
