Monthly Short Poll (March '19) + Dungeonrunners Update

Alright, so before we go into the poll options for this month, I want to talk about a few things very candidly regarding the Dungeonrunners series (DON'T WORRY, I'm not cancelling it). For the sake of being able to find what they're looking for, I'll give a header to each section.

Dungeonrunners Update

I am entirely aware that a lot of people are looking forward to the Dungeonrunners installments and wished they came out more frequently than they... well, do. And while I don't feel beholden to do those and only those (I'd burn out SO fast), I do feel like I owe an explanation as to why they've slowed down lately, and when I'm planning to get back into the saddle.

The answer, quite honestly, is that I'm out of ideas. Sure, I still have a couple things floating around in my head, but they're largely logistical rather than inspired -- maybe Mara and Nia could do something 1v1, the tension between Nia and Lua needs a second to rest before it's revisited after the last chapter, Alora just had a huge chapter, Elli's seen a lot of action lately, etc. etc. etc. See how like... unexciting that is? Like, while I have some plans for the future-future, I don't know what to fill the air with until the time's right, and nothing feels good or important right now.

Now, I do have a couple ideas just starting to burble up as of today, which is why I'm revisiting the issue. It'll be quite the project, however, and I also need a second to work on some personal stories and projects before jumping into another fandom (especially WoW-oriented) story.

Before I continue, I wanna quickly address what is probably the most-requested thing in Dungeonrunners: "When will Mara bottom?"

The answer? I'unno really. I've been kinda resistant to it but I'm not sure why. Just never really felt like something Mara would be into, and I like the idea of characters being diverse in their sexual preference. In addition, nobody on the team really feels worthy to top Mara. Elli and Alora aren't suited to the task at all, and I feel like a flex from Mara's asshole would crush Nia's dick like a bug. Lua or Devah are possible, but both have already (willingly and unwillingly, respectively) shown that they're the ones who bend over for Mara when push comes to "shove." One thought I have had is to revisit the concept when Horderunners rolls around and we get a new crop of characters -- but I don't know when, or if, Horderunners will happen, or if anyone even wants it. If that's something that interests you, maybe leave a comment or PM me. It's an idea I've been chewing on for a while.

Anyway, the real question of the hour is "When the fuck is Dungeonrunners coming back?!

Probably May. Possibly earlier? But I have some other things I want to try before I come back to it. May at the absolute latest, though.

Poll Options

I need to do something of my own, this time. But, I am still giving you guys a poll and some agency over what comes out. Note that there WILL also be a fandom story coming out this month (soon, actually) but as it's a commission, it's predetermined. So, here we go with these!

1) Strange Tales of the Deadslayer -- Among my favorite personal projects, Strange Tales is near to my heart and I'd love to see what happens when Allara tries to escape the city of the Vai -- either with or without her new slave girl (maybe that can be a sub-poll option? Or a special sub-poll for the oft-neglected $10 tier). Whatever happens, it's sure to include brutal, planetary-fantasy action and some hot alien dickgirl sex.

2) Fuck Yeah, Space! -- This has gone neglected for a reeeeeally long time, despite me shifting its format from CYOA to a full story. I had a lot of ideas for how the story could progress, and I'd really like to show you all how Una Thax's mission aboard the idina vessel plays out....

3) DRAT: Lust Division -- Nothing's been left in the dust longer than Demonic Research and Tactics, one of the first stories I ever wrote that I still feel holds up and badly needs to continue (besides it's Halloweeny spin-off, Blackmere Society). I'd love to explore the relationship between Izzy and Luna, and the new challenges they face as partners in the Lust Division.
