Tags or nah?

While I have, thus far, been tagging stories with kinks to let people know what they're in for, another part of me feels like this is... kind of a spoiler? Like surely mustn't it be hotter to not know what's coming, rather than getting a full erotic synopsis before the story even begins?
I've thrown down some ideas below and wanted to open it to a pull, but also a discussion. PLEASE comment if you have any uncovered ideas on how this should be dealt with.
