Okay, let's look at this.

Found this online and went way too deep. Figured I'd share.

- Ghostface, Michael, and Leatherface are literally just human beings. They're right out.

- Chucky isn't much of a powerhouse but he does have some strengths in that he's an object. I've never seen him tire or rest (and have seen every Child's Play film at least once), so I'm going to consider him immune to Freddy's bullshit. That's gonna be important to remember

- Creeper is probably the most physically impressive person here but his powers don't extend to the supernatural at all. It's also reasonable to assume that Freddy can fuck him up

- Jason has proven himself resistant (but not immune) to Freddy's fuckery, is among the most durable here, and a competent fighter to boot. Though I don't like his odds against Creeper.

- Sam is really interesting here, as his powerset has always been... unclear. He's obviously supernatural and extremely durable, though his all-out assault seemed a little lackluster. That said, he's a bit of a wild card, and it's difficult to say how he'll react to some of the other powersets here.

- Freddy Kreuger is the real scary one here. While one might say that these guys are too spooky to get roped in by nightmares, Freddy v Jason proves that is very obviously untrue. Much of this will depend on whether I want Freddy as defense, or if I want to defense AGAINST Freddy.

- Pennywise is another high-tier wild card. With his psychic abilities he might not be able to certainly neutralize Freddy but he CAN certainly stave him off. In addition, his illusions are clearly capable of dealing physical damage, so he needn't leave himself vulnerable.

On to strategies.

Dream Team: The obvious choice here is to pick Freddy and Pennywise. However, both depend on their victims having a basically functioning mind which won't always be the case here (Jason, Chucky, Sam). I predict that I get my neck slit with a boxcutter. Need more diversity.

Team Pedo: Freddy and Creeper strikes me as a really viable combination of brains and brawn. If Freddy can pierce Pennywise's mental defenses (very plausible), Creeper should be able to tear apart everyone else here with relatively little difficulty. This leaves some gaps though (Pennywise is always going to be dangerous and Sam has unpredictable abilities).

Childish Things: I'm also tempted to combine both supernatural wild cards and let them go nuts, pairing Pennywise and Sam, but again, we have some serious issues in that Chucky is mentally resilient (AND magically trained) and Freddy is just so dangerous.

ULTIMATELY my final pick is Team Pedo. This one seems to have the most potential for survival, to me.
