5e Builds for the Avengers

I've seen a number of posts and videos of how to make Avengers, Nintendo characters, etc. in D&D and wanted to take a crack at it myself, since a lot of the ones I've seen are... imperfect. So I did the Avengers! I have a couple more already done (currently for the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Suicide Squad) so if this gets enough likes, I'll post more!
Captain America - Fighter (Battle Master) 13 / Paladin (Devotion) 6 / Sorcerer (Divine Soul) 1
Paladin gives Cap some staples such as Aura of Courage and Zone of Truth, very thematic to his character. Sorcerer is only there to give him access to the Shield spell, because... come on, it's Captain America, he needs his mighty shield. Battle Master lets him fight tactically and to the best of his ability, and with this build he'll end up with a whopping three attacks.
Thor - Barbarian (Storm Herald) 14 / Cleric (Tempest) 6
Storm Herald lets him rain down lightning while raging, and Tempest lets him use that lightning to toss people around the battlefield to be picked off by allies or strategize around. One might say "but you can't cast your spells while raging!" but isn't that perfect for Thor? He always has a ton of cool abilities he just flat-out forgets to use while hitting people with his hammer.
Hulk - Barbarian (Berserker) 20
I mean... come on. It's obvious. He even gets tired after he rages! It's perfect!
Iron Man - Wizard (War Magic) 17 / Fighter (Eldritch Knight) 3
This class combination allows for the highest AC in the game, as our Tony will have full plate and a buffet of other magical enhancements. He's also a full caster WITH action surge, letting him throw up potent shields and massive blasts at a whim, but resorting to basic repulsors when endangered (reflected in warmage only being able to use cantrips when using their full defenses).
Black Widow - Rogue (Mastermind) 20
No fancy build here because Mastermind is perfect for Natasha, having specific abilities for interrogation, teamwork, and alter-egos.
Hawkeye - Fighter (Arcane Archer) 20
Again, a simpler build. Hawkeye's built around trick arrows, and Arcane Archer gives them to him.
Loki - Cleric (Trickery) 20
When I read the Trickery entry in the PHB I went "Oh, it's Loki." Like it may as well have been designed for him.
