The Not-Best News
Added 2023-03-29 08:53:05 +0000 UTCSomething I've been not wanting to talk about, but we're kinda At That Point. I hate bringing problems here, but this is a pretty significant one. Understand that I am seeking neither sympathy nor charity (though either would be... cool?), merely issuing warning.
My roommate is ditching his lease (I still don't truly understand how) and just... leaving, in like a month. This leaves me renting a house I cannot afford, and I am expected to pay the deposit on the place if I stay. I have yet to find a roommate (according to the property manager, there are NO candidates whatsoever) or a new place, and since I lack a "real job" I am going to find exceptional resistance in finding a new place to live, cost aside. The time I have is not really the amount I need to jump through the required hoops, though I'm working triple-time to save up a nest egg (you may have noticed shit coming out faster than usual).
Just a heads-up. I'm doing my best to figure the situation out. If I go silent, it's because I'm homeless.
