The Sewer Key

Should Marlon remain the one to give players the sewer key? Or should that be Gunther (vanilla)? I'd be willing to write up a new narrative (or ignore it completely). I've heard a lot of mixed feedback over the years about this and was curious to hear all your thoughts.
