Itâs what Iâm here for. By the way, this is a fantasy show. The laws of physics donât exist. The whole point is that Xena can do things no mere mortal can do. Youâll find out why soon. Letâs just say, thereâs an unreliable narrator thatâs telling these stories. And no, you have not seen what is highly regarded as the best episode of Season 1 yet. Youâll know it when you see it. These episodes are great because the writing is great - itâs tight and full of thematic substance. But thereâs characters you have yet to meet that take the show to a whole other level than what youâre seeing now. What really freaking sells this show is its characters - believe me. The character representation and development is the best Iâve ever seen of any TV show. Even Buffy. Everything else falls under that because they wrap it all around these extremely dynamic and compelling characters. Thatâs something that TV shows today donât do. Or youâll be lucky to find them. But no, you have not seen the best of what this show can offer yet. Stay excited! đ đâșïž
