The Ladder Chapter 24
Added 2022-02-01 06:00:07 +0000 UTCAlright everyone, here we go!
I understand the controversy of the last few chapters I really do, so let’s see if I can pull this off and make it worth it yeah?
Petyr and company have a lot of work to do!

Excited to see where Petyr takes Myr, and how he plans on gaining control.

The Three Sisters are a great target and the disputed lands are some of the most resource rich and fertile lands in Essos so they’d be a great steal if he can unite Lys, Myr and Tyrosh. Curious what your plans and response will be to the outcry about Vorian’s position in the family. Ashara is hot but so far her interaction with Petyr has been minimal so she isn’t garnering much support from the readers and her character remains a mystery. Another character I’m struggling to like is Ben, the initial dragon thing was a poor decision by Petyr, but I thought eh it’s a story maybe it’s going to be plot relevant. Some sort of big betrayal and a learning lesson for Petyr but so far there’s nothing that couldn’t have been done with a single dragon or no reason Petry couldn’t do a Danaerys and control two. Especially seeing as he has cheats which help him bond much closer and easily than anyone else. Plus Bens presumptuous behaviour and lack of respect is grating. It might not be intended but he comes across as grasping or thinking himself an equal to Petyr. Except for that, it’s a positive chapter and I’m excited to see how Petyr will rule and administrate a far larger city than what he had on the fingers in the vale.
