Infant MD Avatar and Blender Rig

Hey Yall, so I haven't found a baby rig/avatar that is the right size so I went ahead and just created my own. There are two versions of the Marvelous designer avatar. One has been smoothed and the other has not. The non smooth one can be smoothed. I added arrangement points to both marvelous designer avatars. The blender rig is for posing.

How do you get infant clothes to be appended into blender ? You know the same way u would do for females in the s4s
