Interesting results for sure.
SO, Glossy photo paper is already tacky so I assume that is why it worked as well as it did. The sticker paper, barely worked.
As you can see though it's far from perfect even on the small print. Lots of little bits don't quite stick, and even being reaaaaaaaly gentle peeling the transfer paper off, bits come up. (And yes i put it through a few times.)
Unfortunately my laminator only has one heat setting so i can't test other heat settings without potentially breaking out the clothing iron lol. (And even then, if i was seriously considering that, that uses steam, which may ruin the paper.)
I'm sad to see that the sticker paper retains only speckles and while that's an interesting texture that could be used for some things, it's not uniform for the majority of what i want. I wonder if other sticker paper would work better. When I'm able, i will have to buy some and test it. (I do have some paper sticker/labels i can try.)
The other downside (and maybe this is due to not enough heat) is that the holo foil is not as transparent as the stuff on my previous prints, so it makes the print itself look VERY grayed out and dull.
So for the moment, this particular paper may not work how i want but may be useful for some select effects. We will see. :)
