It looks like a Berlingo. Definitely one of their odder cars. Top Gear rated it highly. Clarkson liked it's value for money and even said it had that x factor that makes for a good car. Clearly Emile has a good eye for cars.

This to me argues for the plot to take Pia's relationship interests in a choice of directions: Olivia, Roomie/Lillian, perhaps agh, forgot her name, the fishmonger. It's specifically Olivia visiting in person which intrigued me.
